This week Adam Riley and I have been reviewing the widely repeated axiom that ‘AI will create more jobs than it destroys’. It will boost productivity and growth, and float lots of boats. This may well be true, but it will offer cold comfort if you are not one of the ‘winners’ in the AI era and your job is one of those in the firing line!
